Staff are amazing! This tour was extremely well-organized. Our guides were fun and very helpful. The kayaking/paddleboarding experience after was perfect to cool down and relax!

My husband and I brought our 7 year old and 11 year old boys. I am the only one who had zip lined before, so no experience necessary. We all loved it! The guides were amazing with the kids and adults! They made it so fun and kept the energy up with music and jokes and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves throughout!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. When 4/4 teenagers agree that this was the highlight of their 10 day vacation on the Big Island (we did many other fun activities as well including snorkeling, whale watching, swimming with the turtles, renting SUP along the bay, and parasailing) that should tell you all you need to know. We had ages 19, 18, 16, and 15 (plus their old Mamma here), and everyone agreed this was the best day. I was actually a tiny bit surprised to hear 3 of the 4 say that the dip portion of the Zip and Dip was actually the top favorite even over the ziplines themselves. I had come so close to doing the ziplines only. SO glad I kept the dip portion on there! They told me the reason it was so much fun is that they could do all the swimming, rock jumping, SUP, and swimming through the waterfall that they wanted, all in one place, and without the restrictions of surf advisories, tide concerns, fear of sharks (lol) etc. It really was just SUCH an incredible experience ❤️
Weight loss milestone celebration!

So riding a zipline has been a personal goal for me since starting a weight loss journey 2 years ago. I had never met the weight limit before this year, so I was really excited and Umauma did not disappoint. Rusty, Hunter, and Skippy (our guides) did a fantastic job of making it very comfortable for me to not only enjoy the activity, but build some confidence in myself!. By the end of the outing, I was not only riding the zipline, but hanging upside down hands free over 150ft river ravines!! Thank you for helping me celebrate a personal goal and making the my first experience zip lining so memorable!!
Great Dip, Efficient Zip

After ziplining in several locations, I was very hopeful this would be a great experience ziplining over a waterfall. I was not disappointed in the views. A couple of things I would like to have known ahead of time - ziplines 2 and 4 are the most gorgeous to record and take personal photos and the guides did NOT take photos during the tour. There was a stunning bridge overlook that would have been a perfect opportunity for a guide to take group photos, but we were in such a hurry that there were no photos offered.
In fact, the whole experience felt rushed. Lines 5, 6, & 7 were all back to back zipping from one line to the next with contact with one guide on each platform moving you efficiently from line to line. I was disappointed.
On the other hand, if I were to individually rate the dip portion of this trip, I would give that portion a 5/5. My family LOVES to swim, so to get 2 hours in a private waterfall pool with a play raft, several paddleboards, and some kayaks, we were in heaven. The two staff who oversaw the guests were great providing efficient lunch and a safe environment to enjoy the afternoon. The sandwich/chips/drink were ok.
Overall, I would recommend these experiences.
