Snorkel at 3 unique and pristine locations including Kealakekua Bay, the culturally significant Pu’uhonua O Honaunau, and a third remote location you wouldn't be able to access any other way. Perhaps you’ll snorkel at a black sand beach and have it all to yourselves. Maybe a stone arch or a spectacular lava rock formation created thousands of years ago. We will take you to locations even residents of the Island have yet to see.
Explore sea caves and lava tubes in our safe, exciting, and maneuverable vessels designed to get you up close and personal with the coast. Scout for marine life such as pilot whales as long as your boat, Hawaiian spinner dolphins, green sea turtles, and more.
A deli lunch is provided, as are snacks, water & juice throughout the day. All the snorkeling gear and flotation devices you need as well. You simply show up in your swimsuit with your reef-safe sunscreen and towel in hand and away we go!

The snorkelling was great . High surf today but it was amazing . The captain Brendan and first mate Adam were excellent and created a fun filled trip . Learned so much about the islands . Fruit plate and lunch were delicious.
Great Snorkel Trip on the Big Island

Skyler and Morgan made our trip great, finding whales and dolphins along with some great snorkeling. Even though the seas were a little rough and we couldn't go any farther south, we still went to some great locations. We explored sea caves, got history and stories about the island, and had a general good time.
Incredible Big Island Snorkeling

We had an incredible snorkel trip with Captain Jill and Zack! We learned a ton about the island and the sea life and got to snorkel in three amazing locations. I definitely recommend this experience and our kids said it was the highlight of their trip.
Won’t disappoint!!

BEST EXPERIENCE! I’ve done this trip 5 times & this one was best ever! Skyler & Morgan were exceptional with their personal touches, information, skill & charm. Check in staff also awesome. Food was good. Just a perfect day. Book Seaquest with confidence.
Trip too long

This was a small group trip with only 8 people. Fresh fruit for breakfast and a sandwich lunch. Very bouncy fast ride. At times we were slightly airborne above the water and landed with a thud. The sea had been stirred up two days before and we found the first two snorkeling sites below our expectations. A little rough and cloudy with few corals or fish. Captain Cook Bay was exceptional with lots of fish, coral and an interesting 100 ft drop off in the middle of the bay which was a deep blue color. Seas were calm in this bay. Saw 2 whales as we came back from the South Coast but just back and tails at a distance. Sea caves were interesting. Overall the trip was too long for what we saw. I would recommend a shorter trip to Captain Cook Bay.
