This is a great way to experience the park and learn about things about the island you could not without an experienced local guide. Pro tip- you must be comfortable on a E bike so be prepared! If you are adventurous this is the a way to go! Highly recommend!

Phil was an amazing tour guide. Stops and rest times in between were perfectly coordinated. He took care of us. He gave us insightful and interesting information. He was funny, positive, and friendly. It was such a fun way to tour the Volcanoes National Park. It was the optimal tour length, 3 hours. We got to see so much in a short amount of time. Arthur made sure we were safe and had working bikes.

We had a great day riding the E bikes with our guide, Phil; he was very knowledgeable and shared so much information on volcanoes , formation of lava tubes and etc. The bikes were truly the best way to cover all these miles of trails vs actually walking them. I would highly recommend this tour!!

So amazing! The only way to see the park. Chadwick led the group and knew a lot about the park and was very informative. Would definitely do this again!

Wet rainy day but Kaylon and Phil were great guides - very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Clear instructions on e-bike usage and safe navigation through whole ride. With pedal assist, not strenuous at all.

We were new to e-biking. Our guides walked us through the whole process and shared information about the volcano throughout the tour! This is a great beginner ride that will leave to ready and eager to go on a solo higher paced ride right after;)

It was fun riding the electric bikes, but the tour was not worth the heafty fee. For starters, the tour time was changed the evening before. There was also no formal introduction by the male guide who did not seem to interact with participants in any way. There were also too many stops along the way and one seemingly being for he to order fries for himself- resulting in a 25-35 minute stop. Although it was nice seeing the lava tube, crater and boiling lava, this is not an outing for active people and should be marketed as such.
