Our guides were very fun and made our experience so enjoyable. This is the second time this year me and my daughter came back. We brought our friends and my husband with us because we enjoyed it the first time so much. It’s definitely something that many should experience if they want to enjoy the beauty of Hawaii and have fun at the same time. I’m sorry I can’t remember our guides names but it was amazing how one of them remembered my name when it had been 7 months later since we went. I was really impressed because that’s a lot of people to remember. We will definitely come back and will be sure to let others know about it as well. We had the perfect weather. Sadly the only downside was our GoPro they gave us kept dying on me and I couldn’t use it for the rest of the tour. Mahalo plenty for such a great experience and for making it fun, memorable and enjoyable in between the lines as well.
Amazing lines and guides! One of our favorite activities on the Big Island! We hope to come back to do some of the other activities someday. Remember to wear sunscreen!

The staff were very friendly and assuring. It was my first time but with their expertise and guidance I became confident and less anxious. The views up were amazing. I and family will return next year.
Top-notch facility beautiful grounds to zip line on It was our first time zip lining so we weren’t sure what to expect but all of the zip line guides were incredible super friendly knowledgeable helpful Shout out to DAWG! (Go Dawgs) she was one of our guides from Athens ga I would recommend this trip and company to everyone
