What types of boats do you have available?

We have a wide range of sailing/power boats/yachts/catamarans to choose from.

What type of trips do you offer?

Snorkeling, fishing, cruising/ sailing, sightseeing, sunset, and customized trips are all available!

What is the difference between a private charter and a regular/ shared/ public charter?

We only provide private charter in most regions, which means a boat trip with no other passengers, you rent out the entire boat with a captain/ skipper just for your own group/ party.

What information do you need from me to send me a quote for a boat charter?

Please go to our website, select the boat of your choice, fill out the short booking form, and click the "request availability" button, or contact us and let us know what type of boat you prefer, as well as the day and time you would like to book your boat charter. How many passengers will be there, and the number of hours required/ time duration of the boat charter? Please also let us know your preferred type of trip/activities, such as snorkeling, fishing, sailing, cruising & sightseeing, sunset, special occasion celebration, and so on.

How the rates are determined?

The number of passengers, the season, and the number of hours required all affect the price. Please contact us or submit us a boat charter request and get the most accurate quotation.

What should I bring on board with me?

Sunglasses, sun cream, glasses (if you need them), Camera (in a waterproof bag), OR a waterproof camera, sun hats, and caps, Towels, Medications if necessary (if you get seasick, you should speak with your pharmacist about possible remedies), CASH/ local currency to pay for balances and provisioning as well as gratuities and tips!

What should I avoid bringing with me on board?

Please do not bring any valuables that are not absolutely necessary. The boats have limited storage space, please only bring the essentials with you on board!

Is it necessary for me to be concerned about becoming seasick?

Please visit your physician before your tour, follow their advice, and carry any medications that they prescribe. Please don't overdo it on the alcohol the night before!

Do you have any age restrictions? Is it okay for me to bring my infants or young kids?

We make every effort to provide all relevant information on our website; however, if you intend to bring infants or young kids, please contact us beforehand!

NOTE: Parents are responsible for their children's safety in all ways, especially for the protection of their young kids, who have difficulty assessing the risks involved. The skipper/crew, for one, is focused on ensuring the vessel's effective operation.

When I get off the boat, what should I be concerned about?

Please leave the yacht in a tidy manner!
-Please remember to carry all of your personal belongings with you!
-We would really like to hear from you, if you have any questions or concerns about the boat or if you see anything that needs to be fixed. Please photograph them and report to us as soon as possible!

-Please don't forget to tip your captain and crew.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are stated on our website. This varies depending on the charter company and the region. If you have any queries concerning the payment terms of your chosen boat, please contact us. OR, as soon as we receive your boat charter inquiry, we will inform you of the payment terms, if they differ from the ones stated on our website!

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

We collaborate with leading charter operators all around the world. Our cancellation and refund policies vary according to the charter operator and the region. Please contact us if you have any questions about the cancellation and refund policies of your chosen boat.

What is your cancellation policy in the case of inclement weather?

If you are afraid about the weather, please contact us/ the captain before your trip. The captain will decide based on the radar/ weather forecast. If your trip is canceled due to inclement weather, and you are unable to reschedule your trip, you will get a full refund.

What COVID19 safety precautions do you have onboard?

For COVID19 safety precautions, we adhere to all state SOPs and guidelines. Our boats and equipment are properly sanitized, spacious, and feature an open seating area with lots of space to move around. Please remember to use a face mask when checking in onboard!

What are we expecting you to do when you return home to help us in enhancing our services?

Please do not forget to report to us, any problem that you encountered!
