The keel was laid for the passenger ferry known as 100 Ft Ship in October 1983 in Patterson, Louisiana, by Gulf Craft Inc. Totally made of aluminium.

The 100-foot ship was then converted into a tour boat that operated out of Maui until arriving in Oahu in 2016 under new management.

She had an upgrade in 2020, and further upgrades are planned to make her the greatest ocean cruise platform in Oahu.

She has lots of room indoors and out for dining, enjoying cocktails, and sightseeing and can accommodate up to 138 passengers.
