Our viewing location is the most ideal manta viewing location. We have just a short 5 minute boat ride out to our snorkel destination. Using our state of the art viewing board, our expert in water crew will guide you through the bay to view these beautiful animals. Enjoy approximately 45 minutes of in water viewing time. To end the night, hot tea is served to warm you right up! This exciting night snorkel with Magnificent Manta Rays is an event you will never forget! Must do big island experience!

We booked this experience for the last night of our stay on the big island due to so many other rave reviews we heard about it while visiting. I am so glad we did! We experienced an up close and personal view of 8 to 10 manta rays during our snorkel. The Dolphin Discoveries team did a great job from start to finish! Would highly recommend!

Best adventure I’ve ever done —kid friendly

I’ve been scuba, swam w sharks, skydiving, this was by far my favorite thing I’ve ever done. Children (age 8, 13 and 14) were amazed!

Manta Ray beauty on the sea

I was a little hesitant to go out to the ocean at night. But man was I glad we did! On this incredible excursion you are most definitely up close and personal with these beautiful sea creatures! The Manta Rays gave us a show we will remember forever! As soon as they turn on the lights, the fun began! Plankton was attracted to the light which then attracted the Manta Ray. They came right up to my goggles and flipped over and over again to collect their food, the plankton. We couldn’t touch them but they would touch us, which was unreal. When we were done and they turned off the lights, we got an extra surprise. We had a massage of tiny fish flapping on all of us. We laughed, screamed and even found a couple of fish in our suits when we got back to the resort! The guides said they never experienced this before! Just an extra treat from under the sea!! This is definitely a MUST DO!

Beautiful

ALL of it was memorable. The Manta ray are docile and show offs. It was truly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen

AMAZING!!

Great experience all together! The staff, boat crew, and guides were amazing and knowledgeable! We got a chance to see mantas! Several! And the experience was outstanding! 10/10 would do again!
